1. Opšte informacije o zaštiti podataka
Operateri ove web stranice shvataju zaštitu vaših ličnih podataka vrlo ozbiljno. Vaše lične podatke tretiramo povjerljivo i u skladu sa zakonskim propisima o zaštiti podataka (GDPR) i ovim pravilima privatnosti.

ALLGEMEINE GESCHĂ„FTSBEDINGUNGEN
1. Scope and Organizer
These General Terms and Conditions apply to participation in the SHISHA&VAPE INTER EXPO 2027 organized by Inter Projekt d.o.o. Sarajevo. They govern the rights and obligations of both Exhibitors (brands booking stand spaces) and Visitors attending the trade show.
2. Age Restriction (18+)
Strict Policy: Access to the exhibition hall and B2B conference is strictly limited to individuals aged 18 and older. No exceptions will be made. Proof of age (ID, passport) must be presented upon request at the entrance. Ticket fees will not be refunded for individuals denied entry due to being underage.
3. Terms for Exhibitors & Stand Bookings
Registration & Space Allocation: Submission of a stand booking request does not guarantee space allocation. Space is allocated on a first-come, first-served basis, and is finalized only upon written confirmation by the organizer and receipt of the required advance payment.
Payment Terms: An advance payment of 50% of the total stand price is due within 14 days of booking confirmation. The remaining 50% must be paid no later than 30 days prior to the start of setup.
Cancellation: Cancellations by exhibitors must be submitted in writing. Cancellation fees apply as follows: up to 60 days before the event: 50% of total stand price; less than 30 days before the event: 100% of total stand price.
4. Terms for Visitors & Ticketing
B2B Passes: Free B2B trade visitor tickets are reserved exclusively for verified trade professionals (lounges, distributors, retailers). Verification (VAT ID, company registration, or business card upload) is mandatory. Passes are personalized and non-transferable.
Public Tickets: Public tickets are valid for individuals aged 18+. They are priced at 10.00 EUR. Please note that public tickets do not permit re-entry once the visitor leaves the exhibition halls.
5. Liability and Force Majeure
The organizer is not liable for loss or damage to exhibitor goods, nor for personal injuries, except in cases of proven gross negligence. In case of cancellation or postponement of the trade show due to force majeure (e.g. natural disasters, strikes, pandemic regulations), liability is limited to the refund of paid booth rental fees.

Ovi Opšti uslovi i pravila učešća primjenjuju se na učešće na sajmu SHISHA&VAPE INTER EXPO 2027 u organizaciji Inter Projekt d.o.o. Sarajevo. Oni regulišu prava i obaveze kako izlagača (brendovi koji rezervišu štandove) tako i posjetitelja sajma.
2. Starosna granica (18+)
Stroga pravila: Pristup izložbenom prostoru i B2B konferenciji strogo je ograničen na osobe starosti od 18 i više godina. Izuzeci se neće praviti. Dokaz o starosti (lična karta, pasoš) mora se pokazati na zahtjev na ulazu. Novac za kupljene karte neće biti vraćen osobama kojima se odbije ulaz zbog maloljetnosti.
3. Uslovi za izlagače i rezervaciju štanda
Registracija i dodjela prostora: Podnošenje zahtjeva za rezervaciju štanda ne garantuje dodjelu prostora. Prostor se dodjeljuje prema redoslijedu prijava, a rezervacija je konačna tek nakon pismene potvrde organizatora i uplate avansa.
Uslovi plaćanja: Avans u iznosu od 50% ukupne cijene štanda plaća se u roku od 14 dana od potvrde rezervacije. Preostalih 50% mora se platiti najkasnije 30 dana prije početka montaže štandova.
Otkazivanje rezervacije: Otkazivanje od strane izlagača mora se podnijeti pismeno. Naknade za otkazivanje se primjenjuju na sljedeći način: do 60 dana prije događaja: 50% ukupne cijene; manje od 30 dana prije događaja: 100% ukupne cijene.
4. Uslovi za posjetitelje i ulaznice
B2B akreditacije: Besplatne B2B ulaznice za poslovne posjetitelje rezervisane su isključivo za verificirane profesionalce iz industrije (vlasnici barova, distributeri, maloprodavci). Verifikacija (PDV broj, rješenje o registraciji ili vizit karta) je obavezna. Akreditacije su personalizovane i neprenosive.
Ulaznice za javnost: Obične ulaznice vrijede za punoljetne osobe (18+). Cijena ulaznice je 10,00 EUR. Napomena: Obične ulaznice ne dopuštaju ponovni ulazak nakon što posjetitelj napusti prostor sajma.
5. Odgovornost i viša sila
Organizator ne snosi odgovornost za gubitak ili oštećenje robe izlagača, niti za lične povrede, osim u slučajevima dokazanog nemara. U slučaju otkazivanja ili odlaganja sajma zbog više sile (npr. prirodne katastrofe, štrajkovi, epidemiološke mjere), odgovornost organizatora je ograničena na povrat uplaćene zakupnine štanda.

Altersbeschränkung: Der Zutritt ist strengstens erst ab 18 Jahren gestattet. Ein Altersnachweis ist am Einlass vorzuzeigen.
